Booking Terms

Check-in/check-out 

i. Check-in time: 4pm

      1.The Villa Manager will provide the Tenant with details on accessing The Beach Villa prior to the rental commencement

ii. Check-out time: 10am

       1.The Owner can be flexible on check-in/check-out timings at their discretion

       2.The property should be left in the same good condition as it was found, apart from the routine domestic cleaning

Keys

i. The tenant will receive 2 sets of house keys, these must be left in the pre-arranged location upon departure

Rental Payment

i. The price of the rental includes all local services & taxes

ii. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking

iii. Remaining 50% is due 60 days before the holiday start date

iv. If the tenant terminates their stay before the agreed departure date, no refund will be applicable

v. The tenant may change their dates at the discretion of the owner and is dependent on availability - extra charges may apply

Liability of the tenant

i. The Beach Villa, all furniture, furnishings and all other contents within the property and throughout the garden and swimming pool area are to be treated with care

ii. The Tenant is liable for any breakages or damages at the property

iii. The Owner will request a €400 damage deposit upon check-in at the property. This will be refunded upon the Tenant’s departure subject to the property being checked by the Villa Manager

iv. The Tenant should report any faults discovered on the property to the Villa Manager immediately so that they can be corrected in good time
v. No outside guests are allowed at the property overnight

vi. Pets are not allowed at the property

vii. The Tenant agrees to read and follow the instructions in the Villa Information Book and to follow the Health & Safety rules of The Beach Villa

Cancellation

i. If the tenant cancels more than 60 days prior to the rental commencement, the owner will refund 100% of the payment

ii. If the tenant cancels 30-60 days prior to the rental commencement, the owner will refund 50% of the payment 

iii. If the tenant cancels less than 30 days prior to the rental commencement, the owner will not refund any of the payment
